Casa dos Choupos (CDC), "House of Poplars", is a social work institution with a strong connection to nature, whose mission is to find creative and alternative solutions to minimize social problems and enrich the lives of people with special needs. CDC is responsible for managing projects that have different objectives and target audiences but share the same purpose – to build a stronger and more inclusive society.

SNF was asked to redesign the brand's logo and rethink the brand architecture, unifying all projects under the same visual identity.

The new logo builds on the elements of the previous logo simplifying the symbol of the yellow poplar and integrating it better with the typography. This solution keeps the brand equity and makes the logo more legible in small sizes and in digital context.

The symbol can be cropped in multiple ways to animate communication materials of different formats.

The symbols for the projects are based on the proportions and graphic qualities of a slightly more simplified version of the poplar from the logo. Each project has its own symbol and color.
